Presentation of the data controller The company PLASTIT PART ROMANIA S.R.L., with headquarters in Oradea, Calea Clujului str., nr. 175, jud. Bihor, registered at the Trade Register Office of the Bihor Tribunal under no. J05/170/1991, with CUI 54744 and CIF RO 54744, legally represented by Mr. Ing. Milas Gavril – director general, in view of the application of the provisions of national legislation on the protection of personal data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereby informs you that it is processing your personal data, as defined in Art. 4 point 1 of the EU Regulation and Chapter 1 – „Definitions”, for the purpose of concluding, performing and, where applicable, suspending or terminating an individual employment contract.
